Will the Tech Tax push start ups to the USA?

A survey of European investors says the 2% Digital Services Tax announced during the November budget, will stifle startup growth and could force tech companies to set up overseas. The report from The Coalition for a Digital Economy (COADEC) found that 71% of UK investors from across Europe believe that a digital tax on turnover would drive entrepreneurs away from the UK to China or the US, rather than targeting the biggest companies, such as Google and Facebook, as was intended.
